Electronic Ohio Means Jobs (eOMJ) is Live!

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) received a Workforce Innovation Fund grant to virtualize services for job seekers and employers through its new eOMJ system.

Take a look at the site, which is structured around a career planning theme of "Explore it, Plan it, Find it and Fund it" to direct users to assessment, exploration, training, funding and job search tools.  The system is designed to support all users, even those not comfortable with technology, through a homepage "backpack" that allows for simple navigation and saving of individual information and resources.  eOMJ also incorporates innovative features, such as real-time LMI and social media, to promote events and activities and drive connections between employers and job seekers.
