The Minnesota Demand-Driven Labor Marketplace (MN-DDLM) provides a labor supply and demand planning, forecasting and collaboration platform by enhancing the existing talent community, Minnesota Talent Network (MTN). The project will establish “talent pipeline” sector strategies and convene industry workgroups involving businesses, providers, and workforce development programs around five high-growth industries that employ significant numbers of Minnesota workers:
Agriculture, Advanced Manufacturing, IT, Healthcare, and Transportation. This project combines the first-in-the-nation Minnesota Talent Network, a multi-tenant community of job seekers, employers, economic developers, industry associations and workforce development organizations, with a labor supply and demand system that will enable employers to communicate their needs directly to intermediaries who can help find or develop the talent they need.
